The most important issue addressed in this renovation project ist the water leakage, which appears at multiple locations at the façade, roof terrace and balconies of the newly constructed residential building. The issues leads to significant damages not only for the structural integrity but also aesthetic appeal of the building. First, it's crucial to identify the source of the issue, such as poorly constructed roofing and façade elements,faulty seams, and inappropriate materials. Once the problem is identified, appropriate construction methods are proposed, such as redirecting rainwater, applying high-quality waterproof membranes, resealing joints, and using durable, weather-resistant construction products. Proper insulation and drainage systems should also be integrated to ensure long-lasting protection against moisture. This approach not only prevents further damage but also enhances the overall durability and energy efficiency of the building.
