At a place of refuge and protection from everyday life in Mitte, Berlins first Italian vegan bakery opened in 2022. A low budget for the interior fit out only allowed for the essential: a show case workshop with its functional stainless steel appliances and a counter made of blackened steel plates stand in contrast with the warm rendered tone of the surounding walls. All in line with the special taste of the italian vegan backed goods.
